Pawsitive Evolution's Salon Policies

Clients, please respect our policies and time. We want to create the best experience we can and will inform you the best process for your pet.

  • Scheduling appointments:

    • A card on file is required for all appointments.

    • Please be advised that if you prefer not to leave a card on file, a deposit is required for the appointment. No-Show fees are strictly enforced. Notify the salon as soon as possible for any cancellations or rescheduling. To avoid this fee, we must be notified 48 hours in advance. Your appointment will be canceled without one of these options.

    • No-Show fees apply for ALL appointments.

    • Each fee depends upon the service requested.

    • Proof of rabies vaccinations is required for all appointments. If there is a medical reason your pet cannot be vaccinated, please show us the vet’s documentation.

    • For digital you can email a picture or document showing the expiration date to pawsitiveevolutiongrooming@gmail.com or text it to us, (407)227-4900.

    • You may also bring a physical copy with you at the time of your appointment.

  • Salon entry:

    • We keep the doors locked at all times for animal safety. There is a doorbell outside to notify us when you arrive.  Please, DO NOT yank and bang on the door. We will come to the door once the pet we are working on is secure in the salon before opening the door. The door does not automatically open once the doorbell has been rung.

      • Canines: Have your pet on leash upon entry until we have locked the door behind you, this is our standard safety policy upon entry.

      • Felines: Have your cat in a carrier of some type. If you do not have one, we can offer you advice on how to improvise. Just call us.

    • We have a quiet cat room to reduce the amount of noise and separate them if any canines are in the salon.

    • Be respectful of our time we spend with your pet and other appointments before or after yours.

      • Notify us if you are going to be late.

      • We will call you at 10 minutes past your appointment time if you have not arrived.

      • If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may ask you to reschedule.

      •  If we are able to still take you’re appointment, there will be a later completion of your pet’s appointment.

      • Dropping off early could interrupt another pet’s appointment.

      • We ask that you drop off no more than 20 minutes early. If you need to make arrangements for an earlier drop-off, please call or text us to communicate any issues with scheduling.

  • Pick up times:

    • If you show up early, we may not be able to finish the groom due to the pet's possible distraction. Please remain out of the salon if we have your pet on the table. This is for their safety and so we can complete the service.

    • You will still be charged for your groom if we are not able to complete everything due to early arrival for pick up.

    • We ask that you pick up your pet within 1 hour to 1.5 hours after being notified of their appointment being completed. The salon is small, and we are low volume for our appointments.

      • For your pets with beautiful singing voices, we ask that you pick them up within 30- 45 minutes. Pets that feed off each other’s energy may have a better experience coming at different times.

      • You may be charged a fee for disruption if this occurs.

These policies are so that we can reduce the amount of noise and distraction for each pet’s experience. This salon is a low volume by appointment only salon.
